Based on John Waters’ iconic 1988 film, this musical has become one of the most beloved of the American stage. Set in Baltimore in 1962, follow Tracy Turnblad as she achieves her dream of performing on a TV dance show – and works to integrate the show in the process. Winner of 8 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, HAIRSPRAY is a family-friendly musical, piled high with laughter, romance and deliriously tuneful songs. NVA’s Artistic Producer Kali Boston will make her NVA debut as the director!
