Narrative Improv for Advanced Players

This focused, invite-only lab is for improvisers ready to build full-length improvised plays. Over seven weeks at New Village Arts, you’ll train in protagonist-driven storytelling, multi-thread plots, genre work, and sustained character arcs. Led by Patrick McInnis, the lab functions like a rehearsal process with repeated longform runs, side-coaching, and detailed notes. The ensemble culminates in a public narrative performance at New Village Arts.
