Director of Operations (Full-time)

The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that the staff and facilities of New Village Arts are performing at the highest level possible. They are responsible for the smooth running of administrative areas, working to ensure the best possible working environment. Front of House and Patron Services Representatives (Part-time)

Front of House Representatives cross train between House Management, Box Office Representative, and Bartender (21+). The House Manager is responsible for overseeing all public areas of the theatre event. The House Manager supervises all volunteer ushers during an event and ensures that the experience of each patron is enjoyable and safe. The Box Office Representative is responsible for assisting patrons with ticket sales at the door, check patrons in and guidance for the event. The Bartender serves mixed drinks, beer, wine, and pre-packaged food to patrons during pre-show and intermission of performances.

Shifts are typically between 3 and 4.5 hours on performance days. The ideal candidate has open availability during our showtimes: Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons and evenings, and Sunday afternoons.
