Improv & Sketch Writing Classes for Neurodiverse Teens and Young Adults
Classes will run for 6 weeks: Monday, June 7th - Monday, July 12th.
Developed by Teaching Artist Aleta Barthell and NVA Artistic Associate/Teaching Artist Samantha Ginn, “Monday Night Live!” is an improv class for teenagers and young adults with neurodiversity, and their neurotypical peers. Working in a collaborative and safe environment, this program aims to give students the tools they need to enhance self-expression, collaboration, and confidence. Each course culminates in a live performance for students’ friends and families.
New Village Arts will be running two sessions of MNL! this summer! Both sessions will be led by Teaching Artist Aleta Barthell and similar material will be covered in both sessions.
