This “Blossoming Beings” Paint Night is an event centered around a unique self-illustrated coloring book that celebrates the stories of people from your community. Created and illustrated by Bryttney-Mischele Salvant, “Blossoming Beings” coloring book features line drawings of various individuals with flowers blossoming from their heads, symbolizing growth and individuality.
During the paint night, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a creative exercise by painting on pre-sketched canvases inspired by the coloring book. Each participant will paint their own “blossoming human,” using the imagery of flowers and growth to represent their personal journey and identity. This event not only allows for artistic expression but also encourages reflection on the beauty and diversity within your community.
